Baby Star operates from Sunday to Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, public holidays, and official holidays are considered non-working days for both our team and our delivery partners.

Order Fulfillment

• In-stock items: Shipped within 5–7 business days.
  

• Custom-made items: Fulfilled based on the production timeline stated on the individual product page.
  
  

Delivery Timelines

• Standard estimated delivery: 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
  

• We aim to ship all orders within 5 business days from the order date, excluding weekends and holidays.
  

• Delivery times begin from the date of shipping, not the order date, and may vary based on:

• Orders may arrive in multiple shipments.
  
  

Delivery Method & Signature Policy

• Orders are delivered via trusted third-party couriers.
  

• A signature is required upon delivery. Anyone present at the address can sign to confirm receipt.
  

• For urgent orders, please contact our Customer Service to explore available options.
  
  

Missed Deliveries

• If no one is available at the provided address, our team will contact you to reschedule delivery.
  

• Only two delivery attempts will be made.
  

• Orders not received within 7 days of the first delivery attempt will no longer be the company’s responsibility.
  
  

Shipping Costs

• Standard orders: Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and items.
  
  

Custom or special orders: Shipping costs are quoted separately and added to your final invoice.
